Ground Zero: Life Audit & Goals

Before you can level up, you need to know exactly where you're at — on and off the field. The ELITE Life Wheel gives you an honest snapshot across mindset, health, finances, career, and relationships. Then you identify your core values and build SMART goals aligned with who you're actually trying to become.

Finding Your Strengths

Your gifts are your edge. Own them, sharpen them, and lead with them. Using the VIA Character Strengths framework, you'll identify what makes you different — mentally, physically, emotionally, and relationally — and learn how to build on what already makes you great.

Overcoming Limiting Beliefs

Your mindset is either your prison or your superpower. Dr. Carol Dweck's neuroplasticity research proves skill is built through effort. This session uses a Thought Tracker and Palmer's PRACTICE model to identify what's holding you back and replace it with a new internal script built on growth.

Building Resilience & Mental Toughness

How you cope determines how far you go. Map your coping patterns against the Wheel of Coping Strategies, work through the Circle of Control to separate what you can own from what you can't, and build the mental toughness to stay moving when the outcome is uncertain.

Gratitude, Mindfulness & Focus

What you resist, persists. This session confronts fear and procrastination head-on — you'll analyze your fears, work through a guided acceptance exercise, and build the mindfulness tools to stay grounded and focused when the pressure is highest.

The Athlete as a Business

You are the brand. You are the product. You are the CEO. The Brand Gap Assessment shows you exactly where your image stands today. The NIL Plan Builder maps your identity, audience, and content strategy. Social media is your resume now — this session makes sure it's saying what you want it to say.

Master Your Time: Productivity, Systems & NIL Strategy

Elite performance is built on discipline and structure, not motivation. Design your ideal weekly schedule, identify the energy drains cutting into your output, and build the NIL content framework to grow your brand without burning out.

Evaluation & Commitments

You've built the system. Now it's time to run it with discipline. Championship Week: evaluate your progress across every session, lock in your commitments with a Self Contract, and build the weekly and monthly planning systems that keep your goals at the front of your mind — not buried in a notes app.
