Who writes this, and where our interests lie.

Elite Sports Solutions is a weekly brief on how money, technology, and power move through sport. It goes out Thursday mornings and it is free.

Who publishes it

Jack Tabb III founded and edits it. He played Division I football at North Carolina on scholarship, then spent time with the New Orleans Saints. He coached at Michigan State and North Texas, recruiting the families this industry now argues about. He is an NFLPA-certified contract advisor and still represents players through JB Sports. He also invests, which is where he learned what a short earning window costs when someone gets it wrong.

That is four seats at the same table, and it is the reason this exists. Most people writing about the business of sport have sat in one of them, usually from outside the room.

Disclosure

We work in the industry we cover.

Jack represents NFL players through JB Sports. That is a separate business from anything published here, and it means this is not a neutral seat. Read it that way.

We name sources and link them. We don’t take payment to cover a company, and any sponsored slot in an issue is labeled Partner. Nothing here is legal, financial, or eligibility advice.

Some links in the older product database earn a commission at no cost to the buyer. No brand has paid for placement or a verdict there. Full policy in the disclosure.

Four minutes on Thursday. That’s it.
