What This Is
Elite Sports Solutions ("ESS," "we," "us") recommends tools, platforms, and resources across the site, primarily in The Performance Database. Some of those links are affiliate links.
An affiliate link means that if you click through and make a purchase, ESS may receive a small commission from the company, at no additional cost to you. The price you pay is the same whether you arrive through our link or by typing the URL directly.
Our Editorial Standard
Affiliate relationships do not determine what gets recommended on this site. The only question that matters is this:
“Would I recommend this in a real conversation with an athlete I’m advising?”
If the answer is no, it doesn’t make the list, no matter whether a commission is available. If the answer is yes, it can earn a spot, no matter whether we earn anything from it.
Every product in the Performance Database is evaluated against the same four criteria, regardless of whether ESS earns a commission on it: evidence strength, professional adoption, value for serious athletes, and honest limitations. The Verdict reflects that evaluation. The commission structure does not.
